V-Twin - Description

As more and more CX bikes are now arriving with disc mounts fitted as standard, and withour continued participation in one of the UK toughest cycle events, the 3 Peaks Cyclo-Cross, the remote master cylinder was an obvious choice of product for us to develop.

The neat dual master cylinder fits onto a special bracket under the handle bar stem, giving the powerful brakes which dropbar bikes are usually lacking and keeps the run of cable as short as possible. The transition from cable to hydraulic is achieved with an extremely simple piston system, removing the need for complicated levers. 

The master cylinder is coupled with the proven X2 caliper. Their one piece design offers the perfect combination of low weight, high stiffness and high braking performance.
